Beschreibung
Made from Merlot grapes grown and harvested specifically for the production of rosé wine. It is harvested early in order to preserve the bright acidity and bright fruity aromas in the wine. After harvest, limited maceration is carried out: the grapes are crushed and give the juice time to contact the grape skin. The wine has a pale rose color with gentle flavor of strawberry and raspberry. The taste is soft and velvety with peppery notes in the finish.
